This studio, with its unique greenhouse look, is distinctive and cozy ✨ You will be facing south to enjoy maximum sunshine ☀️, while also being able to cool off and recharge your batteries inside this air-conditioned space, which has been refurbished and designed to be a cozy haven ☺️. Located in the quiet countryside of Aix, you can enjoy birdsong, the starry sky, and cicadas in summer, while being less than 10 minutes from the historic center of Aix. The space 📍This superb apartment is ideally located in the Aix-en-Provence countryside, in the quiet of the forest, while being a 10-minute drive from the historic city center of Aix-en-Provence and a 5-minute drive from small streets with all the necessary shops. 🛋️ The accommodation is a self-contained studio with a fully equipped kitchen (portable induction stove, grill toaster, small refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to cook). You will also find a few coffee pods and cold drinks for your arrival, tea and condiments, as well as a few fresh eggs from our hens 🐔 if they have been generous with their laying! Huber Eat will also deliver anything you want to eat 🍣🍕🥗 🛏️ Living room/bedroom with a large 160 cm bed and a quality 25 cm thick mattress. A comfortable heater is also there as an extra bed for a child as needed. We also lend a travel cot if needed, along with baby essentials 👶 🎼 A Bluetooth speaker is available in the studio, and the light in the bedroom area is connected, allowing for a cozy, colorful, or subdued atmosphere. ☀️ The studio is unique, with a greenhouse-style design featuring large arched windows that give you full south-facing exposure, maximum light, and a beautiful view of the outside. 🚿 The functional bathroom, all in travertine, like the floor throughout the studio, is also really nice, with a very large walk-in shower where you can shower as a couple thanks to its double-jet shower column, which can run at the same time! There is also a separate toilet. ❄️ The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning. ⛱️ There is a lovely private patio out front + a garden area with a lawn, where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun or simply relax on the deck chairs or in the 4-person hot tub, which is operational all year round and at any time of day or night ;-) (no time restrictions). There is also a charcoal grill. 🛏️ Linens (sheets, bath towels, and spa towels) are provided, as well as essentials (cotton pads, toothpaste, cotton swabs, slippers, etc.) for a hassle-free and comfortable arrival ☺️ 🏃‍♀️‍➡️ There are very nice walks to do with many DFCI starting points within a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. The Tour César walk, for example, and others, great forest paths ideal for sports or to recharge your batteries!
