White & Black Cockatoo is a unique absolute beachfront property in the quiet village of Newell. This booking includes two separate homes on one block, ideal for extended families or groups wanting space and privacy. Step from the backyard onto the sand, enjoy multiple outdoor dining areas with BBQ, and relax in a peaceful coastal setting away from busy tourist hubs. The space This property consists of two separate homes on one block. White Cockatoo (Beachfront Cottage) Positioned at the front of the property. Main house includes: • Living room • Dining area • Kitchen • One bedroom with a single bed The master bedroom is located separately from the main house and accessed via the back deck. This private room features a king bed. The shower and toilet are also separate and positioned off the deck beside the master bedroom. A washing machine is located outside on the deck area, positioned between the main house and the separate toilet. It is easily accessible and available for guest use during your stay. Important: Access to the master bedroom, shower, and toilet requires stepping outside via the deck. This layout offers privacy but may not suit all guests. Black Cockatoo (Rear Dwelling) Located toward the back of the block, offering additional privacy and space. Includes: • Queen bedroom • Bunk bed (2 single beds) • Open-plan kitchen, dining and living area • Covered outdoor alfresco area with BBQ • Washing machine and dryer This dwelling provides comfortable, practical accommodation ideal for children, friends, or extended family. Overall Layout The two homes share the same block but remain physically separate structures. This setup is ideal for multi-generational families or groups wanting both connection and personal space. There are no shared spaces with other guests, the entire property is yours during your stay. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to both White Cockatoo and Black Cockatoo, including all indoor areas, outdoor spaces and the backyard. You are welcome to use both outdoor dining areas, the BBQ facilities, and the children’s cubby house located in the covered alfresco area. The entire property is private for your booking, there are no shared spaces with other guests. Parking is available in the driveway or directly in front of the house. Self check-in details will be provided prior to arrival.
