Ideal for couples or small families, this relaxed tropical retreat offers privacy, space, and a simple coastal setting. With a private backyard, outdoor dining area, and BBQ, it provides an easy, comfortable base to unwind and enjoy the rhythm of beachfront living. The space White Cockatoo is a standalone beachfront home with a unique split layout designed for privacy and relaxed coastal living. Inside the main house you’ll find: • Living room • Dining area • Functional kitchen • One bedroom with a single bed The master bedroom is located separately from the main house and is accessed via the back deck. This private room features a king bed. Also accessed from the deck: • Separate shower • Separate toilet Please note that reaching the master bedroom and bathroom facilities requires stepping outside via the deck. This layout offers added privacy but may not suit all guests. The covered outdoor dining area and BBQ are available for guest use, creating an easy indoor–outdoor flow. A washing machine is located on the deck between the main house and the separate toilet for your convenience. The black shed at the rear of the property is not accessible and will remain unoccupied during your stay, ensuring privacy. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house during their stay, including: • Both bedrooms and bathroom • Full use of the kitchen • Private backyard • BBQ area • Driveway and street parking Entry details will be provided prior to arrival to ensure a smooth and simple check-in experience.
