Shops & Restaurants are 5 mins away so you are close to everything while enjoying true peace and quiet. The balcony is a perfect place to sit & appreciate one of the best sunsets. Kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities and cutlery that will help you whip up a feast. Other things to note Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed indoors, Smoking is allowed in Balconies, kindly use ashtrays to keep the area clean Garbage Segregation: We encourage guest to segregate their waste into wet/dry Swimming Pool: There is a shared swimming pool in the complex. The timings for using the swimming pools are 7 am - 9 pm. Proper swimwear attire is mandatory for entering the pool. Illegal Activities: Illegal activities (Drugs/ Escort services or engaging in any activity against the Law) are strictly prohibited. For any guest found involved in the above-mentioned activities the Host / Society Security reserves the right to call the local police and register the complaint, this would also mean immediate suspension of stay without any refund We do regular pest control to ensure a clean and insect free space but please note that we live in a tropical area and so from time to time, you may find insects coming into the apartment especially when food is left lying around or windows and doors are left open for long periods of time. Please be mindful of this and enjoy Goa for all its lush greenery and tropical vibe! *For safety reasons, we request all guests travelling with infants and young children to take extra care and caution near the pool area and balconies of all the spaces. This is the parents responsibility for the duration of their stay.
