Completely renovated in a unique decor, very bright and especially facing the majestic ash tree of the private garden. A large, generous living room opens onto the terrace. It overlooks a spacious plot that invites you to relax and enjoy moments of conviviality with friends and family. The night space inspires calm and well-being. The space The rooms of the accommodation are distributed lengthwise. Access to the upper floor is via the stairs from the terrace. This spacious terrace welcomes guests around an outdoor table. It opens onto a living room and its equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. From this room you can access the sleeping area. 3 bedrooms with unique and comfortable decoration, two bathrooms and two toilets. Going down the stairs of the terrace you access the large private garden and its facilities for meals, barbecue, deckchairs, ping pong table and various games (petanque balls, Molki, balls...). Guest access The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of the building by the staircase leading to the terrace. Other things to note No pets are allowed in this accommodation. The accommodation is located upstairs, this requires adult supervision for small children. The terrace and openings are, however, all equipped with railings and guardrails.
