Our junior suite studio apartment is designed for up to 4 guests, offering a comfortable and functional 54 m² private space. Main Area The main living space includes the only bedroom, furnished with a King-size bed and a single trundle bed. You’ll also find a dedicated workspace with a desk, Ethernet connection, power outlets with USB ports, and 110V US standard sockets. For your entertainment, enjoy a Samsung 60-inch 4K TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and more apps (subscriptions not included, log in with your own accounts). The space also features a click-clack leather sofa bed and a velvet-upholstered gray armchair, combining style and comfort. Other things to note FUNDAMENTAL HOUSE RULE Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in the common areas of the building. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, and you can't smoke on the balcony either. Also, NO loud music. RECOMMENDATIONS 1. DO NOT leave the air conditioner on while the front door or balcony door is open. The system is damaged and greatly increases energy consumption because it must work harder than normal. 2. DO NOT sit on the bed and on the upholstered furniture in wet swimwear. If this happens, you must pay an additional fee of COP 250,000 for each piece of furniture that is affected. 3. DO NOT put towels or clothes with sand in the dryer. First, wash them in the washing machine, but preferably shake them and wash them with fresh water in the shower at the entrance to the building by the beach area before putting them in the washing machine. If this happens you must pay an additional fee of COP 300,000 for maintenance and internal cleaning of the dryer. 4. NO visitors or parties are allowed in the apartment by building regulations. You will be responsible if fines or calls for attention are generated by the surveillance and administration of the building. 5. Beach and pool towels are blue with crabs, DO NOT take white towels outside the apartment. 6. Please take care of water and energy consumption, they are limited resources that are extracted from the heart of our planet. If you take care of them, we all take care of each other. 7. Hanging clothing items or other textiles on balconies or railings is NOT allowed. This rule is in place to maintain the building's uniform appearance and to preserve safety and health conditions. 8. Please note that we need the full names and IDs of each guest at least 48 hours before check-in. If we do not receive this information, it will not be possible to register them in the management system. In the event of engaging in this practice, a financial penalty of one current legal minimum monthly wage (SMLMV) will be imposed, as established. Registration details 155239
