Family home with easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Walk to Ssu along the creek trails or take the trail to Raley’s town center shopping. University Square is 3 blocks away with grocery. Sushi, taqueria, sandwich shop, butcher and more. 5 Starbucks , Panera, target, Costco , Safeway, Grocery outlet , 4 Dollar trees, Oliver’s Market, Starbucks Walmart market are all less than or just over 2 miles away. Lively & often loud toddlers so messy common area at times The space Our house has a big front sun deck with a wheel chair ramp that helps people avoid the 3 steps up to front door. Also good for rolling suitcases or someone with limited walking Also we have a walk in shower right across the hall from your room. There is a 2nd bathroom with a deep bath tub but we prefer guests only use that as a restroom not for baths- as toddler toys live in there and it’s our main bathroom. Big kitchen that is always being used at dinner time for cooking for our family. Day time and later in the evening would be best time for you to cook. Also there are 6 places you can sit to eat or have coffee or tea or wine county wine —— 1. Main dining room with also doubles as a study table for my daughter who is a college student and mother 2. Kitchen island with 2 bar stools and always a chair the two or four year old likes stand on 3. Breakfast knock table by fire place and big screen tv 4. Coffee table next to breakfast nook sitting on the sofa or on the floor so you can pet out dog who is on a leash if she’s in the house cuz she’s a blue Heeler who has not learned how not to chew on furniture yet 5. Table on front sun deck - watch the action on our quiet street where many people walk kids and dogs to the creek trail near our house — great for sunsets sky colors and star gazing 6. Back yard table over looking the Sonoma mountains- great place for sunrise coffee and bbq in evenings or play a little guitar if you can strum a few chords with me Guest access Door will be open and keys on the desk or the location outside huddle will be given if you arrive after 11 pm Other things to note If you are allergic to dogs or the noise and mess little kids can make - best not stay here because we want to have all 5 star reviews We also are spiritual and not religious - I have studied many philosophies and am a healing artist from a school of Daoist, Christian and Buddhist mysticism - by my professor Dr Jerry AlanJohnson. And I have also studied and hold 2 yoga teacher certifications- with much study in Vedanta and Yogic studies including Sanskrit when my name came from Dr Sharma at the San Francisco Yoga Society and Ashram So if you are okay with art of many different faiths - not just one — you will be comfortable- just letting you know Also the smell of Mexican cooking fills the house - as does music of guitar and songs of jazz and blues - but not after 9 pm on week days My daughter cooks everyday And if she does not clean right away - I and she and my 10 year old grandson strive to keep an area to the left of stove for you. 2 year old and 4 year old can be loud sometimes. We pay $50 for a cleaner before each guest comes and pristine as I would like - so toys and messes can happen any time - this is us- and we have a lot on our plates - just saying. One grandson has autism and requires us more time with him and a friend with dementia that I go help at drop of a hat too People have to help each other out I believe.
