Sunny House on Lake Oscawana

Lovely year round house on the shores of Lake Oscawana in Putnam County, just 1h 15m from NYC, and very close to Fahnestock State Park for stunning hikes. The views and tranquility are wonderful, and the house is very cosy. 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sauna, dock, lake front, 3 walls of windows, fully stocked kitchen (everything you could want pots and utensils-wise, plus spices and everything), big deck, and use of 2 paddleboards, 1 kayak, 1 canoe. It is a sunny delight, very quiet and beautiful. Entering from street level, the dining room, living room, kitchen and deck are all accessible with no stairs. There is one King bedroom with en suite bathroom and one Queen with another bathroom upstairs; downstairs there is a family room with two Twins (or two Trundles), and a study with en suite bathroom. Two bathrooms have bath tubs (one is a claw foot tub) and showers, and two have just showers.
