Due to the width of the doors and the staircase, unfortunately, the property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Other things to note Unwashed dishes are not included in the cleaning fee and will incur a fee of €30. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the house and that we have a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams discover the slightest trace or residue (odor, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to require a deposit of a minimum amount of €300.00.
