Villa Mar is a traditional family accommodation which offers three apartments perfect for your holiday in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Situated in a traditional Mediterranean stone house surrounded by a big garden filled with herbs, fruits and flowers, and with its warm interior, the Villa presents the vintage authentic Mediterranean lifestyle from Dubrovnik. The space The Villa Mar accommodation is only two minutes away from the beach, and is situated right in the middle of the lively promenade of Lapad. In the Bay of Lapad there are several beaches that are connected by a beautiful strolling promenade with cafés, restaurants and shops. The closest beach is only 2 minutes (200m) away, multiple supermarkets and restaurants are all within minutes of reach (100m to 300m away), as well as the children's playground, post office, tourist agencies... Lapad offers a more peaceful atmosphere than the busier Old Town, and it is only parted by a 15 minute bus ride. The bus stop is only 3 minutes (250m) away from the accommodation. • Spacious (70 m2) and consists of a kitchen with dining area and 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has access to a balcony with beautiful views over Lapad Bay and Petka hill, the other room is located and easily accessible on the upper floor. Both bedrooms feature a comfortable double bed. • Warm colors and wooden furniture will put you in the right mood for exploring Dubrovnik and the Mediterranean surroundings. 2 minutes away from the beach. • The kitchen is completely furnished and contains 2 refrigerators, microwave, cafe machine, toaster and a kettle. • Smart TV, WiFi, 2x AC, hair dryer, iron/board, vacuum cleaner... • Private parking • The apartment is suitable for up to 5 persons. In the family we have a talented painting enthusiast and you will be able to see his work. • The apartments are designed for a limited number of persons, ideally 4, but if you need an additional bed we can add it for a small repatriation per day. Baby bed is free of charge. • Baby bed, accessories and toys will be issued on your request, with no charge. If you have any special needs for your kids, contact us before arrival.
