Welcome to our renovated house of 110m² with private garden and enclosed courtyard, ideal for a stay with family, friends or in a professional setting. Spacious and bright ,it has a large friendly living room with living room , dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests in a quiet and pleasant environment. Close to Dole and the most beautiful sites of the Jura. Ability to store your bikes in the shelter. Other things to note 🍽️ Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen has been thought of as at home: full appliances, Nespresso , dishes and everything you need to cook and share good times A few Nespresso capsules are provided 🛌 Rooms Rooms offer comfortable bedding and storage spaces for both short and long stays . Sheets ,duvets , pillows are provided and beds are made upon your arrival to settle in serenely . 🚿 Bathroom & Comfort Modern bathroom with spacious shower and separate toilet for extra convenience . Towels are not provided . 🧺 Laundry The house has a spacious laundry room with 10kg washing machine and 8kg dryer, ideal for families or extended stays. Laundry capsules are available 🌳 Outdoor & Parking The house has an enclosed private garden, perfect for relaxing on sunny days . Multiple vehicles can easily park in the enclosed yard,a real plus for families or work stays A space also allows bikes to be parked in the shelter , ideal for guests using EuroVelo 6 . 📍 Events Close to all amenities and located on a quiet street, the house is close to Dole and makes it easy to discover the lakes , waterfalls , and vineyards of the Jura . Quick access to highway and airport . guests have access to the entire accommodation as well as the enclosed private garden and the enclosed courtyard for parking . The place is fully reserved for guests during the stay. Only the attached garage remains closed and not accessible . Check-in is self-contained Thanks to a key box ( the code will be communicated to you within 24 hours before your arrival ) We are of course available before , during, after your stay for any questions or special needs. The house is located in a quiet environment, we thank you for respecting the neighborhood . Parties and events are not allowed No smoking allowed . For administrative reasons, domiciliation is not possible .
