Welcome to our renovated 110 m² house with private garden and enclosed courtyard, ideal for a stay with family, friends or for business. Spacious and bright, it has a large friendly living room with living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests in a quiet and pleasant environment. Sheets, duvets, pillows are provided and the beds are made on arrival to settle in peacefully. 🚿 Bathroom & comfort Modern bathroom with spacious shower and separate toilet for added practicality. Towels are not provided . 🧺 Laundry room The house has a spacious laundry room with 10 kg washing machine and 8 kg dryer, ideal for families or extended stays. Laundry pods are available 🌳 Outdoor & Parking The house has a private enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing on sunny days. Several vehicles can easily park in the enclosed courtyard, a real plus for families or business stays A space also allows you to park bicycles in a sheltered area, ideal for travelers taking the EuroVelo 6. 📍 Location Close to all amenities and located on a quiet street, the house is close to Dole and allows you to easily discover the lakes, waterfalls, and vineyards of the Jura. Quick access to the highway and airport. Guests have access to the entire accommodation as well as the enclosed private garden and the closed courtyard for parking. The place is fully reserved for guests during the stay. Only the adjoining garage remains closed and inaccessible. Check-in is autonomous thanks to a lockbox (the code will be communicated to you within 24 hours before your arrival) We are of course available before, during and after your stay for any questions or special needs. The house is located in a quiet environment, we thank you for respecting the neighborhood. Parties and events are not allowed No smoking allowed . For administrative reasons, domiciliation is not possible.
