Sparrow Cottage is a charming 1940's, 384-sq-ft tiny home, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The open living/kitchen space features a full kitchen, a fold-down full-size sofa bed, and a smart TV. The bedroom offers a king bed, smart TV, and convenient bedside charging. A spacious bathroom includes a pedestal sink, walk-in shower, plush towels, and double-rod closet. Quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, Sparrow Cottage is an ideal retreat for couples, families, or business travelers. Tucked just a couple of minutes from I-35, the cottage is ideally located for attractions and events in Temple and Belton, and the surrounding cities of Salado, Georgetown, and Waco. Medical facilities (BSW and VA) are less than five-mile drives from the cottage. Sparrow Cottage offers a peaceful place to settle in, unwind, and enjoy a little slice of calm. Other things to note More than 2 guests may stay, utilizing both the king bed and the sofa-bed, i.e., younger children or a third adult (two adults might be a tight squeeze on the sofa bed).
