The apartment is located in the central part of Kaluga near Truda street, away from noisy roads, among private houses and has a unique view of the Yachenskoye reservoir and Kaluga forest. A walk to the main attractions of Kaluga will take you 20 minutes, and in 10 minutes you can go down to the embankment of the reservoir and the Mir Park with an equipped beach and swimming pool. The space The house was built in 2020, has its own parking and a landscaped yard, a five-minute walk to the bus stop, Pyaterochka with a large parking lot and a 24-hour café with fresh pastries. The apartment has individual heating, a loggia, Scandinavian-style designer renovation, new appliances (washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, smart TV, iron, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner) and furniture.
