Welcome to your cozy break in the Black Forest! Our completely newly furnished apartment combines stylish design with thoughtful comfort. It can accommodate up to 4 people (1 bedroom + sofa bed) and is ideal for couples, families or business travelers. The apartment is quietly located on the slope in Forbach/Gausbach, one of the most beautiful hiking and recreational areas of the northern Black Forest. Numerous hiking trails & viewpoints Arrive - Switch off - Feel good The space 🛏️ 1 bedroom with double bed + sofa bed in the living area (up to 2 people) 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, oven, etc.) 📶 Free Wi-Fi, smart TV 🧺 Free washer & dryer 🔐 Self check-in via electronic door lock 🚗 Free parking right outside the door 🔌 Charging station for electric vehicles 🪟 Balcony with views of the countryside 🛌 Exterior blinds & blackout for a good night's sleep 📺 In the bedroom there is a flat screen with remote control. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions. Contact and telephone data are stored in the profile. If you want us to be there at check-in, just let us know. If you have bicycles, etc., there is enough space in the stairwell. E-bikes can also be charged there. Note on the visitor's tax: The municipality charges a mandatory visitor's tax for all guests. In return, you will receive numerous discounts on leisure activities and can use the bus and train in the region for free. The tax is due on arrival: • €1.25 per person/day (from 16 years) • €1.00 per child/day (5–15 years) Guest access Access is easily accessible via a staircase in the stairwell (1st floor). In front of the entrance there is a private parking space available free of charge. Access is completely keyless with a PIN. Before arrival, the then valid PIN will be communicated. Other things to note The outdoor area in front of the house is not yet fully completed. Access is safe, dirt-free and easily accessible. (4-5 m). A parking space is available for guests in front of the door. Driving is possible without any problems, thanks to gravel. (No, no, not money 😉)
