The space This traditional Aranese house accommodates up to 8 guests in Unha, just 7 minutes from Baqueira Beret ski resort. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms and ski-in/ski-out access to a ski slope, it is designed for groups who want to make the most of their time in the snow and return at the end of the day to a warm, wood-paneled house. - Bedrooms and bathrooms The ground floor has a room with a bunk bed for four people, ideal for kids or friends traveling together. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom; the master bedroom features a large window with mountain views. A third bathroom on the middle floor serves the common areas. All bedrooms have blackout blinds so you can rest better after getting up early to get to the slopes. - Living room, dining room and kitchen The first floor opens to a bright living and dining area, where the group can gather comfortably. The wood-burning fireplace adds character to the space, although it is not available for guest use. The dining room table seats six or seven people, perfect for meals after skiing. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stainless steel double oven, dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare hearty breakfasts or cook pizzas and lasagnas while sharing the day's stories. - Useful information The house has a work space with an Ethernet connection if you need to get online between runs. The washer and dryer allow you to travel with less luggage, and there is free street parking available nearby. Central heating keeps all floors warm. The entryway has space to store coats, boots, and ski gear. Please leave wet gear on the rack by the door to protect the wood floors. Housekeeping service is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at an additional cost. The village of Unha is quiet and walkable, with local restaurants within walking distance. Guest access Travelers will be able to use all the rooms in the house exclusively and in complete privacy, on all floors. Leave your snow-soaked shoes at the entrance, on the shelf provided for this purpose, to keep the wooden floor in the best condition. - It is forbidden to use the fireplace because we have wooden floors and it is dangerous to use it. For this reason, we have installed a powerful heating system that will make you feel very cozy and comfortable. The house is booked for a maximum of 8 people.
