Gite le Pigeonnier

It is in this old barn that you will gather with friends and family (10 people being comfortable). On the ground floor you will find a living room with fireplace and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and DVD player and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there are 5 bedrooms, the bathroom (with bathtub) and the Pigeonnier (info/reading corner). There are toilets on every floor. You have exclusive access to the terrace, the garden is to be shared. The space The Le Pigeonnier rural gîte is a large 180 m2 house renovated in an old farm and decorated in a rustic and comfortable style. On the ground floor you will find: a large living/dining room (table for up to 14 people) open to the stairs that go upstairs. There is also a kitchen and TV lounge with garden views and access to the terrace. On the ground floor, there is also a toilet, a bathroom with shower and the garage (you will find a washing machine, a dryer, clotheslines, wood for the fireplace and garbage cans). On the first floor, you have a reading area in the Pigeonnier and on the mezzanine (very bright thanks to the wide skylight). The first bedroom consists of a double bed (140 cm wide) overlooking the garden and countryside. Then, the next door leads you (you have to climb a staircase) to the dormitory where there are 2 single beds. Next comes a spacious bathroom with 2 sinks and a bathtub. Another toilet separate from the bathroom is located on this floor. The other 3 bedrooms face the street: the green bedroom (2 single beds joined), the pink bedroom (a double bed of 140 cm) and the twin bedroom (2 90 x 190 bunk beds). The house is semi-detached on each side, on the main street of the village. It is not possible to park your car right in front of the house for a long time. Free parking is available 50 m away on private property. You share the garden with the owners. You are responsible for your children and other tenants for the interior and exterior. /!\ You have the option to request that the beds be made upon arrival for an additional €20/bed (which includes bed linens and also towels and dish towels). The transfer for the sheets must be made at least a week before your arrival, otherwise we will not be able to provide you with this service. Guest access You have access to all the rooms of the gîte as well as the terrace. Only the garden is shared with the owners.
