This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located just 3 minutes off I26 you can quickly access all of NE TN & the Tri-cities! We’ve made the home inviting and ready for your visit, whether it’s work, visiting family, or checking out local hiking trails - you’ll enjoy your stay in our quiet & well stocked home. There’s a cozy fireplace & large backyard to help you unwind. It’s minutes away from restaurants, Bays Mtn, Eastman & downtown. *DOGS ONLY*. The space Our cozy home is a newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath. The living room is comfortable and set up with a smart TV, a fireplace and multiple seating spots. There is a desk for your convenience to get some work done as well. We’ve provided kitchen basics for your stay— and we have a wonderful coffee and tea bar! You can enjoy a cup-of-joe with freshly ground coffee, as a pour over or using a drip coffee machine. Tea drinkers haven’t been forgotten, and there’s honey provided to sweet your tea-time. The overhead lights have a bright light and dim setting. This is especially nice at night! The large backyard is fenced in and has plenty of space for your 4legged buddy to run. Come visit East Tennessee and back and relax in our home. It’s a great place to run/walk or take kids to play. If golf is your thing, Meadowview Golf Course and convention center is a short 4 min drive. We hope you enjoy the home and will do what we can to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Guest access Most everything in the home is yours to use. There are cleaning supplies under the sink, coffee and tea are provided, we stock oils & spices for cooking. The bathroom has shower essentials such as soap, shampoo and conditioner. There are two areas- a green cabinet & a gray cabinet- that is for homeowners only. Other things to note We invite you to travel with your pet! We simply ask you clean up after them, and we offer some doggy bags, small food/water bowls. There is a pet fee- we suggest, but do not require, a crate for when you are gone. You know your pets behavior best. Any pet damage will be noted and we will assess on a case by case basis.
