Welcome to WaterColor This beautiful home is located in the desirable Watercolor community, walking distance from Dragonfly Pool. Step outside with new outdoor lounge set and bed swing, which leads directly out to beautifully landscaped walking paths winding throughout the community. The home also includes an outdoor shower to rinse off. This house comes with a maximum of 10 wristbands. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number. Sleeping Accommodations (Sleeps 10): 1st Floor: * Master bedroom 1 with king bed + en suite bathroom with soaking tub * 2 Sleeper Sofas 2nd Floor: * Master bedroom 2 with king bed + en suite bathroom with glass shower * Master bedroom 3 with queen bed + en suite bathroom with glass shower * Guest Bedroom 4 with two twin beds + bathroom with shower/tub combination Guest access The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community. The Dragonfly Pool and hot tub + outdoor fireplace + community grilling area is just steps from the home! The Beach Club is less than 2 miles away, and Camp WaterColor is about a 5 minute bike ride. The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry. It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, “Costa Chica.” All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for little kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground. The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway, or pads located throughout the community. Publix grocery store within 3 minutes you can walk, bike, or take the LSV too. Other things to note In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration. Check-in: 4:00PM Check-out: 10:00AM These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees. Parties and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited at this property. Violations of house rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits and may subject the guest to HOA, community, and management fines. Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. *Airbnb handles all payments. *Smoking is strictly prohibited. *The LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the *East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. *Costs resulting from failure to charge the LSV, including a depleted battery, will be charged to the renter. *Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. All guests must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. HOST assumes no responsibility or liability for injuries or damages related to the use of the LSV, bicycles, or any other amenities provided for guest use. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver and provide valid proof of insurance prior to using the LSV, bicycles, or any other amenities provided at the property. Beach chairs through Watercolor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
