From a quiet cul-de-sac with beautiful, partly still old Frisian houses and a small grove, a driveway leads to the white, thatched house on a spacious property. The middle house part – called Haus Ahoi – is about 120 square meters and offers plenty of space for up to 6 people. Haus Ahoi was extensively renovated in 2020, new bathrooms and a new kitchen were installed. Light stone tiles, hand-planed oak planks, restrained accessories, small Frisian style elements and lovingly selected furniture and pictures create a cozy living feeling. If you enter the living/dining area, you are immediately enchanted by the atmosphere of the spacious room and the view of the beautiful terrace to the south, enclosed with a Frisian wall – with colorful garden furniture and your own beach chair. Just to the left is the open kitchen with counter, induction stove, oven and microwave combination, refrigerator and dishwasher. A cuddly dining table for 8 people is of course within easy reach of the kitchen. In the living area on the right, a huge, cozy sofa combination invites you to relax, read and watch TV. The fireplace is not usable.[nbsp] A wooden plank staircase leads to the upper floor with two light-flooded bedrooms with double beds and spacious built-in closets as well as a bathroom with an open, illuminated shower, large washbasin and toilet. In the basement you will find another bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a large bedroom with double bed, reading corner with armchair, sideboard and a spacious closet. The utility room has a washing machine, dryer and a large American refrigerator - also with a freezer compartment. Ground floor Hallway: wardrobe with shoe cabinet and exit to the basement Kitchen: with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/micro-combination, induction stove and illuminated range hood. The under-lighting under the wall cabinets can be dimmed and give the kitchen a cozy light. The control panel is attached to the chimney. Dining area: large table with 8 cozy chairs, dimmable lamps.
