Street parking is also available on the road in front of the house. Please do not block the mailboxes. (Accessible from Milton St.) • David Owsley Museum of Art – A wonderful collection of art from around the world, located on Ball State’s campus. (About a 6-minute drive) House Rules We want all guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay! To help us maintain a peaceful and clean environment, please keep the following in mind: • No Smoking Indoors For everyone’s comfort, smoking isn’t allowed inside the home. If smoking is detected, a $350 cleaning fee plus a $100 odor-removal fee may apply. • No Parties or Events We kindly ask that gatherings stay small and quiet so our neighbors aren’t disturbed. Unauthorized parties may result in additional fees. $500 per event. Plus an additional $200 per guest will face. • Please Don’t Tamper With Security Equipment Cameras and systems help keep everyone safe. Just leave them as they are, and you’re all set! •No animals allowed will be fined with a $60 animal fee no dogs/ cats service dog can make an exception for but other than that will be a charge. If you are staying long, Wednesday is when trash runs. You can leave it on the side of the road thank you.
