Please ensure your group packs these. We provide all bed linens and kitchen towels. 🚫 No Pets: Strictly prohibited due to severe owner allergies. 📦 Starter Kit: We provide an initial supply of TP, paper towels, and soap. Please bring additional supplies for longer stays. 🔑 Check-In: Located at our rental office (1233 Deerfield Way) between 9 AM – 5 PM. Valid ID and Credit Card required. --- 📍 Location & Exploration A personal vehicle is recommended to enjoy the resort and surrounding area. ⚓ Nearby Marinas: Oasis Water Sports, Shanghai, Sugar Hollow, and Springs Dock. 🚗 Day Trips: Museum of Appalachia (1hr), Knoxville Zoo (1.25hr), Dollywood (1.75hr), and Gatlinburg (2hr). Guest access Valid License or ID is required at check in for verification, as well as a credit card. Other things to note STRICT POLICY: No pets allowed! This is due to severe allergies and to ensure all guests' stay safe. Check In Instructions: Check-in begins at 4 PM at our rental office address: 1233 Deerfield Way Lafollette, TN 37766 Here you will receive your arrival packet, which includes: keyless entry code, map to the property, and car passes. You will also need to sign our rental agreement. Please remember that our office hours are 9 AM - 5 PM. Reminder: Check out is at 10 AM.
