Both have electric fire places. There is a very large family room with a large sectional couch and 2 large ottomans, a double recliner, stools for seating. A large dining table that comfortably seats 8 and a table that seats 4. There are additional chairs. A coffee station with a Keurig that has both drip or by the pot, or single pods. A full kitchen with all necessary utensils, pots, dishes and glassware. Large refrigerator with separate bottom freezer. Microwave oven. Stove and oven.
