3BR Farmhouse Retreat Country comfort on farm.

Welcome to our beloved old farmhouse—full of heart, history, and perfectly imperfect charm. If you’re looking for spotless and sterile, this probably isn’t your place. But if you love cozy, lived-in spaces where you can truly relax and be yourself, you’ll feel right at home here. Nestled on 32 peaceful acres in Carlton, just 20 minutes from Duluth, our 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath farmhouse is a warm, welcoming retreat for families and small groups.
