Apartment No. 5 Lübecker Bucht, right on the golf course

The Spatzenhof is very central, between Lübeck, Holstein Switzerland and the Bay of Lübeck. Close to Lübeck, Timmendorfer Strand and Scharbeutz. You'll love my place because of the historic atmosphere on the listed Bioland estate. The inhabited buildings were renovated in compliance with the monument protection and taking into account ecological aspects. Plenty of space for children to play and romp and pure relaxation for the parents. The space The apartment consists of a separate bedroom, a kitchen-living room with the stairs to the mezzanine and of course the beautiful mezzanine, shower room and hallway with storage closet and wardrobe. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (approx. 200 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. On the gallery there is a double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a sideboard with second TV with DVD player and a desk. The living/dining room is furnished with a large sofa, cupboard and shelves, two tables with eight chairs, fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob with four rings, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, TV/SAT and radio with CD player and Bluetooth connection. The kitchen is equipped with extensive accessories. Dish towels, sponge and brush, sponge cloth and dishwashing tabs are of course available. Garden furniture and sun loungers are available in a lockable shed on a private garden area behind the house. Barbecuing is also allowed on the lawn. I will provide you with a small grill, charcoal and lighter at cost price. Bicycles can also be parked in the lockable shed. A numbered parking space (apartment 5) is right next to the house. Wi-Fi is of course available free of charge. You can move freely on the farm (please respect the private areas of the other residents of the farm). A small playground and a soccer field with a large gate are available for romping. Furthermore, a large trampoline is available on our own premises for our guests from the gallery apartment. Guest access Laundry room: Washer and dryer can be used for a fee. A lockable bicycle shed is available. The trampoline on the orchard behind our house can also be used by our guests of the gallery apartment. In the yard there is a soccer field/playground, which can of course be used by our guests. We have our own access to the Curau Golf Club. The first tee or driving range is about 250 m away. Guest players are welcome. There is a fashion studio on the farm. The designer specializes in fulled fabrics. Many models are in stock or you can have clothing and accessories made to your liking. Sewing classes are also offered. A children's travel cot and highchair are provided. All windows are equipped with child safety locks. Bed linens and towels can also be brought along. This reduces the price by EUR 15 for each person over the age of six.
