Bedroom 1 (Upper Level): Retreat to the comfort of the primary bedroom, located on the upper level, featuring a cozy queen-sized bed with fresh linens provided. This serene space includes a private en-suite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet—perfect for unpacking and settling in for a relaxing stay. Upper Level Loft: The airy loft on the upper level serves as a versatile space featuring a dedicated office area and a comfortable double bed with fresh linens provided. The full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the room in the hallway and is shared with the main living area—perfect for guests or additional family members. Open-Concept Living, Dining & Kitchen: Designed with togetherness in mind, the open-concept layout seamlessly connects the fully stocked kitchen, spacious dining area, and inviting living room. The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals with ease, while the dining table comfortably seats eight—perfect for family dinners or game nights. In the living room, you'll find ample seating and plenty of space to relax, socialize, or play games after a day on the lake. Spacious Basement Lounge: The lower level offers a generous lounging space, perfect for extra guests or laid-back evenings. It features two sofa beds—one queen and one double—for flexible sleeping arrangements. Enjoy the warmth of the electric fireplace while watching a movie or sipping a drink. The convenient wet bar includes a mini refrigerator and microwave, making it easy to grab snacks or refreshments without heading upstairs. Bathroom 4: A full bathroom on the lower level adds comfort and convenience for overnight guests and those coming in from a day on the lake. No need to head upstairs—everything you need is right here for a refreshing rinse or easy nighttime routine. Spacious Screened-In Porch: Step out onto the expansive screened porch—an ideal space for relaxing or entertaining. With ample seating, a dining table for six, and a large TV, it's perfect for enjoying meals, watching the game, or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings without worrying about the weather or bugs. Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy the best of lakefront living with a cozy fire pit for evening gatherings, a relaxing hot tub to unwind after a day on the water, and a dining table for six under a canopy on the dock—ideal for enjoying meals or drinks while taking in the beautiful lake views. Guest access You will be able to access the property by the front door keyless entry. Your code will be in the message you receive with check-in details for your stay. Other things to note The laundry room is in the main hallway on the main floor. We will provide you with a few pods/dryer sheets to get you started. All of the TVs in the home are smart TVs, and you are welcome to log into your streaming channels - just remember to log out before you check out. The remote for the TV on the screened porch is in the small white side table next to the couch in the living room. Please unplug the outdoor TV when it is not in use and place the remote back in the side table indoors. Use the hot tub - open the cover and adjust the temperature to your desired setting. You can turn on the jets and the lights with buttons on the main panel. You can also adjust the flow of the jets using the knobs on the side of the tub. Please rinse or shower off lake water before entering. Please cover the hot tub when not in use. Feel free to adjust the thermostat - just not to aggressively. A little bit at a time is all you will need. Please make sure that the temperature is adjusted back to what it was upon check in before you check out. Kayak and Paddle Board Use: We hope that you are able to enjoy some great weather during your stay. The kayaks and paddle board is free to enjoy, but please know that you assume all risk and liability during use. KNOW YOUR LIMITS! Please use good judgement and safe practices while using any water toys and always use a life vest (you will need to provide). Use caution and care while taking down and putting the water toys back on the hooks. Please make sure to put the paddles on the patio underneath the kayaks. Any loss of paddles or boats will be subject to a replacement charge. Most of all, enjoy the serenity of the lake. Steps lead into the lake for access. Use caution, as they are likely to be slippery. Please Note: There may be a boat tied to the dock during your stay. This boat is personal property and is not available for guest use. Kindly refrain from boarding or operating the boat to ensure everyone’s safety and respect the owner’s belongings.
