Apartment Mara Premium is situated in a newly built residential building in the very centre of Porec and only 50-100 m nearby are the fresh market, ATM, restaurant, cafes and other facilities. The next beach is less than 10 minutes’ walk away. The high level of equipment with luxurious furniture and high-class windows ensure a quiet and comfortable holiday. The house has an elevator and included in the price is also a parking space in the garage and place for bike storage. The space Apartment Mara Premium lies on the 2st floor of the apartment building and has a total area of 57 sqm. It consists of a spacious living room with equipped kitchen, dining table and chairs, large TV, sleeping sofa for 1 person, loggia with sitting set and nice view, double bedroom and a shower/toilet. Air condition and wifi are availaible. Other things to note Dear guests, please read the house rules. When accepting a reservation, it is understood that you agree with it, and that you will fully comply with it. * Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out by 10:00 at the latest. If the guest arrives after 20:00 on the day of arrival, it is necessary to inform agency about this earlier. *The deposit is paid upon arrival at the house and amounts to 100,-EUR (the deposit will be returned when leaving the accommodation facility after checking that there is no damage in the facility). *The number of guests in the accommodation must not exceed the maximum allowed number of persons. *It is strictly forbidden to make noise between 14:00 and 16:00 and for time of night rest from 23-07 hours. *In the absence of the guest, the owner or staff, unless otherwise agreed, has no right to enter the accommodation facility. The exception is special circumstances that make it necessary to enter - for the sake of danger and prevention of damage. The owner is obliged to inform the guest about his entry in their first next contact. In the case of justified suspicion by the host that damage has been done, the guests are obliged to allow him to enter to check the situation. *We ask all guests to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the accommodation unit, as the host is not responsible for their eventual disappearance. The host will do everything in his power to protect it and warn the guest about possible dangers. *Pets: pets are allowed if it is clearly visible in the description of the accommodation object, it is mandatory to announce it when booking. Pets must not be left alone in the accommodation unit during their stay. The owner is obliged to clean up after his pet in the house and yard. *Swimming pool: use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. Children are not allowed use of the pool without the presence of an adult person. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool. For security reasons guests must follow all the host's instructions regarding the use of the pool. *Bed linen and towels: Bed linen is included in the price of the stay and is subject to change every change of guests, and guests who stay more than 7 days are given a clean one bed linen every 7 days. Guests change their own bed linen. The guests are ontwo towels available per person. *When leaving the facility, be sure to lock the doors, close the windows, turn off the lights, TV, stove. *When using the air conditioner, please close the windows and doors. *In the event of a possible storm, it is necessary to close the windows and doors, and close the umbrellas. *Smoking: smoking is strictly prohibited unless otherwise noted. *It is not allowed to bring other people who are not registered as our guests to the accomodation, unless the owner of the accommodation has previously approved it. *It is not allowed to move furniture from one room to another, from one apartment to another, or to take furniture to the balcony or terrace. *It is not allowed to bring any appliances and devices (fan, grill, etc.) into the accommodation unit without the host's permission. *We ask guests to always protect the environment, to protect the rented accommodation unit and to treat the furniture and equipment in the interior and exterior of the house with consideration. *In the event of a malfunction of the equipment or devices within the accommodation unit, please inform the host immediately, and they will try to remove it as soon as possible. *The guest who commits damage will compensate the host in full. *Before departure, the guest is obliged to leave the accomodation tidy and clean . All appliances must be cleaned. Garbage must be thrown in the designated bins. *All complaints are taken into account only if they are reported during the stay. We do not accept subsequent complaints. *A guest who does not comply with the house rules and disturbs the peace will be unconditionally canceled accommodation. In case of cancellation of the accommodation by the host or the agency due to violation of the house rules, the guest will be charged the entire amount of the reserved accommodation. *When starting to use the accommodation, it is understood that the guest is familiar with the house rules and agrees to the obligations and conditions highlighted here.
