An in-unit washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Parking is easy with off-street parking for two cars per unit. Up to four vehicles can fit in the shared back parking area—two in the gravel section and two on the asphalt. One spot is located right by the back steps of this unit. Parking spots are not assigned. Guest access During your stay, you'll have full and private access to this unit and you're welcome to use any of the amenities provided. Other things to note Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. No parties or gatherings. The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
