Semi-detached house with terrace and fenced garden

The home is located in a quiet residential area south of Sotra, with nice hiking opportunities nearby. The place is best suited for four guests (Note: bedroom 2 is shown with one bed, but here there will be two beds). Extra mattress and cot can be arranged for a fee of NOK 100 extra per day. Dining area for up to 6 guests. Check-in and check-out times can be shifted, if it fits according to other bookings. Cleaning fee of NOK 1000 is included. Contact for English! The space The entire part of the semi-detached house is available for the guest. In addition, the place has its own terrace and garden. Parts of the terrace have a motorized pergola with lighting, and a patio heater. In the garden there is a trampoline. Plenty of parking space. Other things to note The house shares a driveway with a neighbor in the same semi-detached house. Parking must therefore take place on the gravel area next to the house, and possibly up to the house wall at the entrance.
