Off of the eat in the kitchen you will be able to access the laundry area and the patio door. The patio is screened in. It has patio furniture and a hot tub for your enjoyment. On the exterior of the home you can access the game room, fire pit and grill. During your stay you will have private access to home. So there may be additional guests in the common space. If ever there is a need to access the property we reserve the right to enter to address the situation.
