In the revitalized small vineyard in the Erlahof settlement in Spitz, there are 3 small apartments and a quaint Wachauhaus. The luxurious DachLoft is located in the attic. Nearby hiking trails, the Danube and Heurigenlocaties can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Parking is available for free directly at the accommodation. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms plus 1 sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine & TV. A highlight is the beautiful roof terrace. The space The elegant and spacious roof. Loft is located in the attic of a former small vineyard. Nestled in the quiet Erlahof settlement in Spitz an der Donau, you can enjoy the tranquility of the Wachau and the beautiful view of vineyards. The apartment is fully equipped with a large bright kitchen-living room, a comfortable dining area and an extensive living room. In addition to 2 quiet cozy bedrooms with queen size beds, a sleeping couch offers an additional sleeping option. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. The beautiful unobstructed terrace offers beautiful views of the vineyards and invites you to a cozy breakfast or a relaxing evening with a glass of wine. Guest access Check-in is contactless and self-contained. The free parking is located on the left side of the building. Stairs lead to the back of the house, where the key box is located. The key is available by code and grants access to the house and apartment roof loft. Entering the house leads stairs to the attic where the apartment is located. Other things to note The place is fully equipped. Towels, bed linen, shower gel, cooking utensils, etc. are available to make the stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The apartment is located in the attic and is only accessible by stairs. We also offer a bike room on the ground floor. Guests will receive an information leaflet with important details from check-in to recommendations to checkout before arrival. Please note: The overnight tax is a legally required fee to be paid by guests to the accommodation establishment. The amount is €2,50 per person per night. Children up to the age of 14 years old are exempt. The overnight tax is in §§ 10 to 23 of the Austrian Tourism Act 2023 (NÖ TourG 2023), LGBl. No. 40/2023, sorted. From 01/01/2026, the amount will increase to €2.60.
