In the revitalized small wine farm in the Erlahof settlement in Spitz there are 3 small apartments and a rustic Wachau house. The luxurious DachLoft is located in the attic. Nearby hiking trails, the Danube and wine taverns can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Parking is available free of charge directly at the property. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms plus 1 sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine & TV. A highlight is the beautiful roof terrace. The space The elegant and spacious Dach.Loft is located in the attic of a former small wine yard. Nestled in the quiet Erlahof settlement in Spitz on the Danube, you can enjoy the tranquility of the Wachau and the beautiful view of vineyards. The apartment is fully equipped with a large bright eat-in kitchen, a comfortable dining area and a spacious living room. In addition to 2 quiet cozy bedrooms with queen size beds, a sofa bed offers an additional sleeping option. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The beautiful, secluded terrace offers a beautiful view of the vineyards and invites you to a cozy breakfast or a relaxing evening with a glass of wine. Guest access Check-in is contactless and independent. Free parking is available on the left side of the building. Stairs lead to the back of the house, where the key box is located. The key is available by code and grants access to the house and the Dach-Loft apartment. Entering the house, stairs lead to the attic where the apartment is located. Other things to note The place is fully equipped. Towels, linens, shower gel, cooking utensils, etc. are available to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The apartment is located on the top floor and is only accessible by stairs. We also offer a bicycle room on the ground floor. Guests will receive an information folder before arrival with important details from check-in to recommendations to check-out. Please note: the overnight stay tax is a statutory fee payable by guests to the accommodation establishment. The amount is €2.50 per person per night. Children up to the age of 14 years old are exempt. The overnight stay tax is regulated in §§ 10 to 23 of the Lower Austrian Tourism Act 2023 (NÖ TourG 2023), LGBl. No. 40/2023. From 01/01/2026, the amount will increase to €2.60.
