We are available most of the time should you need any help. The house temperature is controlled by NEST thermostat and there is a standalone heater and ceiling fan with its own remote to set to your needs. The code for the lock will be provided a day before you arrive. Please input the code and turn the knob (not the handle) clockwise to open. For locking, just turn the knob anti-clockwise. Other things to note We have two wonderful boys, 9 and 17. They are well behaved and quiet most of the time. Since room is attached to the main house, it is not 100% sound proof.
