All outdoor amenities are for your group’s private use. Other things to note The detached guesthouse included in your stay is fully furnished with a king bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. **Trash and recycling bins are located at the end of the driveway near the street. If you'd prefer not to carry bags by hand, you're welcome to use the black Gorilla Cart located alongside the house to roll bags down to the end of the driveway. Please return it after use. We appreciate your help keeping the property clean!** Please note that there is no smoking on or around the property including the outdoor deck. Also please note that there are no loud parties allowed as we have neighbors and want to be respectful of their peace and quiet. Fireplaces are decorative and not available for use.
