The kitchen has beautiful stainless steel appliances and eye catching granite countertops. Completely stocked with everything needed to make scrumptious meals. The dining area has a kitchen table and bright orange sofa. The large master bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen size bed, work desk, wardrobe and dresser. The internet router is located in the bedroom. A beautiful 55 inch led tv with all the local channels and a blu-ray player is in the living room. A great place to unwind after a long day. The couch in the living room folds out into a full sized sofa bed. Adjacent to the living room is a little sun room with a chair a table. Perfect little spot to read a book or enjoy the sun. Directly out of the living room is a deck that overlooks a little park. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or read a newspaper getting charged up for a new day. The The Bathroom is also located just off the living room with luxurious granite flooring ,a vanity and shower. A large skylight illuminates the bathroom with the welcoming morning sun. Reserved parking is in a private parking lot directly behind the apartment. Just outside, guests will have access to a patio with a grill. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire private apartment with an entry off the rear patio. Being a second floor apartment there is an interior stairway with a private entry leading up to the second floor. Make yourself at home. Other things to note Guests will have access to two coin operated washers and two dryers located in the basement of the building next door. The bathroom is located just off the living room. This might prove to be an inconvenience to those using the sofa bed in the living room. There is NO SMOKING and NO PETS allow in the apartment.
