Other things to note Street & Location Note: Because the home is within walking distance of Tarleton State University, it’s located on a busier street than a quiet cul-de-sac. You may hear traffic or student vehicles, especially during the day and on weekends. White-noise fans are provided for light sleepers. Parking : Free parking is available on the property with 2 driveways For easier exits during busy times, we recommend backing into the driveway when possible.
