Enjoy the upper deck off the primary or the sprawling lower deck where you and yours can relax on a deck lounge chair, read a book, listen to the birds singing, spend some quality family time playing games, BBQ, and/or just unwind from your hectic day to day life. The kitchen is fully equipped and the TV and Wifi are connected if you want to watch a movie, sports or play on your digital device. If you would prefer to venture out, 35 minutes up the mountain you can walk the “Trail of 100 Giants” with beautiful sequoia trees or bring your hiking boots to the local hiking trails where you will see wildlife, green forest, and waterfalls. A mile and ½ down the road you will pass the charming general store which also operates a part time restaurant. Down in Porterville they have opened a new casino called Eagle Mountain Casino. You may also choose to take a day trip up to Camp Nelson or down to Kernville. California Hot Springs,175 miles North of Los Angeles has been a well-kept secret. Things to Know Prior to your arrival, you will receive all information needed for your reservation. Your host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. If you need anything during your stay we are here and ready to help 24/7! If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
