Casa Ceiba is a warm and open hardwood built bungalow with loft and full length ocean view deck located in a secure Permaculture community and regenerative neighborhood near the small village of Platanillo at 1500 feet above sea level about 15 minutes by car from the Dominical surf, a 10 minute drive from the country’s second largest organic farmer’s market and a 30 minute hike from beautiful waterfalls and swimming holes. Surf, swim, hike, and take in the abundant life of the Diamante Valley. The space Casa Ceiba is unique in that it’s built entirely of tropical hardwoods and cedar. High ceilings, ceiling fans and screen peaks mean the house is cool even in the heat of the Summer as the breeze builds and begins blowing through the house by mid-morning. Guest access Guests will have use of the entire house including a full length deck with hammocks, a loft space with ocean views, outdoor shower and a simple but well-appointed kitchen featuring rare purple heart hardwood. There are also trails running through a forest refuge on the property.
