Large cozy cottage just northeast of Borgholm

Welcome to a large cottage in a natural area just northeast of Borgholm. As a birdwatcher, it is a stone's throw to the popular Petgärde marsh and Djurstad marsh. In the area there are walking paths, a soccer field, tennis court and playground very close to the cottage. By car, it takes about 10 minutes to swim on the east side at the picturesque fishing village of Kårehamn and 10 minutes to the west side and cozy deep cove. Anyone who can play the piano can take a trude-lute on the beautiful furniture signed Nordisk Piano. Other things to note The front of the property is partly typical alpine land. It is not cut in the spring. Wild parties are not allowed as this is a cottage area for mainly families with children. Choose another accommodation in that case.
