Newly renovated, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable experience in mind. Our Cityscape house is a newly renovated single family home equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms - perfect for a group of 6. Guests will access the house through a private and secure entrance at either the side or the front of the home. (4 steps up to the entrance). Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with brand new cabinets, countertops, appliances and fixtures. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to suit your food and beverage needs, not to mention a lovely coffee bar to help start your day! Living/Dining Area: Spacious living area with sofa and 2 chairs on the main floor. 55" 4k television, board games, and a 4 person dining table help round out the experience. Bedrooms: We know sleep is important when traveling! All mattresses are brand new luxury mattresses - perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. All bedrooms feature blinds, smart tv, and either a fan or sound machine. Main floor - one bedroom (1 King) Upper level - two bedrooms (1 Queen, and 2 twins). Bathrooms: Two custom designed bathrooms - one on the first floor and another on the second floor. First floor bathroom features vanity with storage available for personal items, large walk-in rain shower, and other necessities. Second floor bathroom includes vanity, storage, and tiled shower/tub combo. Workspace: For those working remotely, we offer a dedicated workspace on the upper level of the home. Log into WiFi for easy connectivity and productivity. Laundry: You're welcome to use the provided washer and dryer on-site. First Floor: Kitchen, Living/Dining Room, Full Bathroom, One Bedroom, Laundry. Second Floor: Two Bedrooms, Workspace, and Full Bath. Conveniently located just minutes off of I-65, I-465, and I-70, Cityscape offers off street parking for our guests (2 spots). You will have access to the entire house (main level, upstairs, patio, and backyard). Once booked at Cityscape, you’ll receive a unique door code for your stay. This code will allow you to access the home, as well as arm and disarm the alarm system. Your code will expire upon checkout.
