I-81 is an easy 6 minutes away. The space The bunkhouse is a private guest house designed for comfort and calm. It is the perfect home base for a relaxing weekend. - Primary Suite with attached full bathroom - Second bedroom with queen bed - Full main bathroom - High Speed Wi-Fi - Open living floorplan with full kitchen with all the basics including spices, pots, pans, etc. - Private back patio with grill - Front firepit area - TVs with Amazon Fire Sticks provided - Ample parking for large/ multiple vehicles -7 minutes from 81 -10 minutes downtown Woodstock - brand new 700 thread count sheets and bedding - owners on site to assist with anything you could need Guest access Guests have private use of the entire bunkhouse and the adjacent outdoor areas. There is a keyless entry for seamless check ins. While the Circle F Ranch remains an active and working farm, guest spaces are thoughtfully set apart to ensure tranquility and privacy. We do ask that guests enjoy the views and open air from the immediate areas around the bunkhouse. The pastures are home to animals and daily farm activities. Other things to note Please reach out if you have any other questions I might answer for you before or during your stay. We do live on a gravel road that can be difficult in snowy or icy weather. While we love pets and animals of all shapes and sizes, we can only accommodate service animals trained to perform a task. We have a several personal dogs on the farm and they may come up to the house. Additionally, some of the sheep are very friendly! Please DO NOT feed them anything though they will beg. Please ensure the firepit is fully extinguished before going to sleep.
