Welcome to your home base for exploring Northern Utah's beautiful Cache Valley! Just 5 miles to Logan and USU. Spacious, comfortable 5-bedroom home. Perfect for family visits, USU events, weddings and weekends in Cache Valley. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, inviting gathering spaces, a patio and BBQ, three-car garage and plenty of parking. Guest access There is a 3 car garage you are welcome to park in. Lots of parking in the driveway for your trailers. There is a patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating. A public park is located just across the road for the kids to play on. Only registered guests are allowed on the property- no parties. Other things to note Absolutely NO pets- smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes on the property. Please keep food in the kitchen only. No parties or events please be respectful of the neighbors- quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am. Please don’t sleep on the bedspreads or the throw pillows. There are extra pillows and blankets in every room. Don’t make the beds on your checkout day- we strip them all down anyhow.
