Guests are responsible for their safety. --Max occupancy: 4 guests --No pets, parties, or events – we value the relationship with our neighbors, and strive to keep the home in top condition. --🚭 No smoking inside or within 50 feet (violations = $300 cleaning fee) --2 steps to enter; historic home means you may see occasional bugs/spiders despite monthly treatments ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out --Check-In: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM --Check-Out: 10:00 AM --Note: We always try to provide early check-in and late check-out opportunities when possible. (It is simply dependent on whether or not it’s a same day check-in/out, the condition in which the previous guest left the home, and our cleaners’ schedules.)
