Welcome to the Park House, a spacious 1910, 2-story home located in beautiful Aurora, NE. The home is close to parks, shopping, and our historic downtown. On the main floor you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with flat screen TV, dining room, parlor with a workspace, and a half bath. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 1 with a full bed, as well as a full bath with tub/shower. There are 2 porches for relaxing and easy on-street parking. The space The Park House is a 2 story home with steps to access at the front and rear. The bedrooms and full bath are located upstairs. Like many older homes from this era, the steps are fairly steep to the upstairs and there is a handrail for safety. There is a half bath located on the main floor. Your primary parking spot is on the street in front of the home. There is a front walkway to make loading and unloading easier. Please note that 12th Street is an emergency route in case of heavy snow. If this happens, please park in the left part of the parking lot across the street. Guest access You'll have full use of the house with the exception of the basement, the garage, and 2 storage areas in the home which are clearly labeled "No Guest Access". Other things to note Please note this home has steps to access the house and stairs to the bedrooms which are located upstairs. The Park House may not be a good choice if you have mobility issues. We of course welcome well-behaved children however it's not a good home for small active children due to the stairs and the decor. We welcome up to 2 dogs with no extra fee however the yard is not fenced so please keep pets on leash and of course pick up after you furry friends. There is a level 2 charging station located 1 block from the property with 1 CHAdeMO 63kw, 1 CGS 62 kw, and 2 J17727kw stations.
