The upstairs is designated as an attic area but does have additional tv. A five-minute walk will bring you to South Kingstown Town Beach with full amenities. Vanilla Bean a local favorite for homemade ice cream is also located at the beach. Across the beach is a mini market for fresh sandwiches and groceries. Home has a firepit and a charcoal grill. All bookings are 7 days starting on Saturday. Cottage includes beach chairs, beach umbrella, cart. Walking to the beach is about 5 minutes walking to Potters Pond is about 7-10 minutes. Driveway can accommodate 2 cars only. The cottage is located on a private dirt road. Tesla charging for a fee.
