Enjoy the peaceful scenery, outdoor dining, and plenty of room for kids to play. Easy parking and all on one level for accessibility. Other things to note ★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KINDS ★ Please refrain from smoking on the premise including inside the house/garage/patio/balcony. Any smoking evidence will incur a fee of $500 for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ★ NO BIG PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect our strict no-party policy and quiet hours between 11 pm-7 am. Home is monitored by private security to prevent/end a party. $250 fine for noise complaints. Exterior cameras on site.
