The space Five Very private cottages on over 15 acres of tall pines. All cottages have there own driveways and outdoor area for campfire and outdoor enjoyment. Located on Fish Bay Lake Nipissing and the South Bay of the lake. Lots of islands and protected wetlands which make for great fishing and canoeing and kayaking. Very safe area for children. Small resort includes inground heated pool, and whirlpool. Fishing boat rentals 14-16' boats with 15-25 hp motors many electric start.Lots of dock space to bring your own boat Games room by the lodge with air hockey, soccer table, ping pong, xbox and games,dvd's, library and board games to enjoy. Included are canoes,kayaks, double kayak, and paddle boat. Only 12 minutes drive for groceries and restaurants. Thirty minutes to golf courses and the city of North Bay. Guest access The resort is accessible for our guests only. We do not rent fishing boats to the public. All amenities are for our guests only. Very quiet and safe resort to enjoy. Near by ATV trails, hiking and the Across Canada trail. Dedicated dock space for your own boat as well as boat trailer parking area. Other things to note All cottages are very clean, we supply pillow protectors and mattress protectors as well as blankets. Guests will need to bring towels , toiletries . We supply the dishwasher pods, dish soap, dish clothes and t towel. All quiet after 11;30 please. There is satellite television from Shaw, wifi is at the main lodge and games room. The cottages are too far apart for the signal to reach. They are well spaced apart and private. Bring your own life jackets to fit. we have some standard size here if need be. There are fishing boats for rental. We can offer a weekly package price upon request. Docking space for your own boat. There are 2 launches next door to the resort . please bring your own towels, toiletries and bedding. We supply mattress and pillow protectors as well as blankets. Linens for beds can be supplied upon request.
