This includes porches, decks, and patios. If violated, guests may be removed immediately and will forfeit all booking funds. An additional $300 (or more if needed) cleaning and ozone fee will be charged to restore the home. 🐶 Pets No pets of any kind. Owners have severe allergies. If a service animal is needed, it must be disclosed in advance. 🚫 Parties & Extra Guests No parties, events, or unregistered guests. Anyone visiting, even “just for dinner,” must be disclosed before arrival. 🍲 Cooking While cooking is welcome, please note that strong or lingering food odors or cleanup (for example, heavy spices, oils, or fried foods) may require extra cleaning. In those cases, an additional deodorizing/cleaning fee may be charged to restore the home for the next guests. 🧹 Cleanliness & Checkout Basic cleanup required: run the dishwasher, pile used towels, empty fridge, throw out all garbage, and lock up. Failure to complete basic cleanup may result in a $250 additional cleaning fee. Leave the home as you found it. 💡 Property Use & Respect No moving furniture, indoor items, or décor outside. No candles or open flames. Quiet hours 10 PM – 7 AM.
