Our house is located one block away from Blanco State Park and just a 2 minute drive to downtown Blanco, Texas. House is a 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath fully furnished and equipped kitchen. In addition to bedrooms, we added a comfortable queen sofa bed and cot area. Both with memory foam mattresses. Relax with the family/friends, our house is perfectly located in the Texas hill country. Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and a Beautiful patio area with Picnic Table and Leisure Rocking Chairs. The space House is a 3 Bedroom/ 2 Bath Master Bedroom - King Size Bed - Upstairs Hallway Cot - Perfect for Child or Teenager - Upstairs Downstairs - Full Size Bed Downstairs - Full Size Bed Downstairs - Sofabed - Queen Size Bed The 3 Bedrooms are obviously great and very comfortable. We added more sleeping accommodations: Queen size sofa bed with premium memory foam mattress (located in living room). Cot Mattress with premium memory foam (located in second floor hallway room). Perfect for child or teenager. Kids love the cozy cot space. Guest access Entire house is available. No Parties. Please be considerate on noise level, we have great neighbors. Key will be located in lock-box (white) near back door. Access code will be send prior to check in. WiFi code is located in picture frame on kitchen counter. Other things to note Some of the extras: We try and stock the pantry with some can foods and packaged goods, etc. We leave some smaller folding chairs and accessories for your Blanco state park visit. Bar-b-que and some species are available. 2 Bar-b-que pits are available for food cooking only. Outdoor bluetooth for stereo system.
