Scenic Cabin Escape – Cozy Comforts @ Ericson Lake

Escape to our cozy, private cabin just a short walk from beautiful Lake Ericson. Perfect for outdoor lovers, you can spend your days bike riding, exploring scenic trails, fishing, kayaking, swimming, or simply enjoying nature all around you. Whether you’re looking for adventure or relaxation, this cabin offers the perfect balance of comfort and the great outdoors. You'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay. The space Our Cabin is located in a private lot near Ericson Lakes. There is a carport attached to cabin for renters to use. Full Kitchen including air fryer, toaster, coffee maker and Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, utensils, plates, cookware, etc. Trash: Please take all trash to the Ericson Lake Community Building (to the right of the building there are trash dumpsters). Pets: Pets are not allowed. Small non shedding dogs are a case-by-case approval, please include fur-babies you would like to bring for consideration. Due to protecting those with allergies, please understand we are not trying to be negative. If you bring a pet without approval or permission, we will charge you a $200 extra cleaning fee. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in or around the Lodge. Any debris or odor found in or near cabin will result in a $100 fee plus any damage to the property. Gas Grill: We do provide a Gas Grill and guarantee a propane tank on site, however we do not guarantee the tank is full or the grill is always kept up. It is up to the guests to exchange the tank if they need to for operation and expect our guests to clean the grill after each use. We do not allow parties at our property unless preapproved by owner. Please do not move furniture in cabin. If you need to move something, please return it to the original position in the cabin. Ensure all doors are locked before leaving the cabin. Please turn off all lights. Toiletries': We do provide a few rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels and a few trash bags. If you are staying for a longer period of time you may need to bring extra supplies. Condiments: We have some condiments at the cabin that include a variety of spices, salt and pepper. We also provide complimentary coffee (K-Cups) in a variety of flavors. We have a coffee pot as well but do not always have ground coffee in the cabin. We provide Linens for beds. There is a Sofa Bed in the living room with extra linens and pillows to accommodate. Towels and wash cloths are also provided. We ask that you do not remove makeup using the white washcloths, we have black ones provided. If you do use the white washcloths and they get stained, you will be required to replace them. Minimum age to rent our cabin is 28 Years Old. Max renters are 4 unless approved by the owner.
