We share the property with 3 friendly dogs and a part-time cat—so if you have allergies, don’t forget your Benadryl! The space Your stay includes a spacious private bedroom in our home with a cozy queen bed and a full-size bed, plus a private bathroom featuring a large stand-up shower. The room also has storage for clothes, a mini fridge, and a coffee pot for your convenience. Guests have access to the kitchen, living room, and large main-floor deck, as well as garage space for motorcycles. Please note: the cabin is multi-level. The ground floor is the garage, the main floor is up one flight of stairs, and your bedroom is located on the top floor. You must be comfortable climbing stairs. We kindly ask for quiet hours after 10 PM to respect our neighbors and early risers. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the main floor, which includes the kitchen, living room, and main bathroom, along with access to a large deck and a smaller deck for relaxing outdoors. A laundry room is also available—detergent pods and dryer sheets are provided through gumball machines (about $1 per load). Our cabin is a non-smoking home. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. You are free to come and go as you please—someone is always home, so the cabin is never locked. During your stay We are early risers, and my adult son and I live on the property and are happy to help with any questions or needs during your stay. If you’re visiting over a weekend, there may be an opportunity for a guided ride on scenic motorbike routes or company through the Tail of the Dragon. I’m generally available and make myself approachable so you can reach out anytime for tips, recommendations, or assistance. Other things to note We have three dogs—two large Akitas and a Blue Heeler. All are well-trained, but initial interaction can be limited until the dogs get to know you. Our animals are considered part of the household and are allowed on the couches. If you are bringing a trailer, please let us know in advance so we can ensure there is room to park.
