This one-bedroom, one-bath executive suite is located in the Holiday Lakes private lake community. The suite is located on the lower-level of our home. It has its own private driveway/on-site parking (no garage) & two private entrances. Bedroom features queen bed & large walk-in closet. Large full bath has walk-in shower & in-suite washer/dryer. Kitchenette includes sink, microwave & apartment-size fridge. Large yard & concrete patio allows for peaceful/quiet evenings with amazing sunsets. The large bathroom has a full walk-in shower and is handicap accessible. In-unit washer and dryer also included. Holiday Lakes is located in Huron County which is 35 miles south of Sandusky (cedar point), and 20 miles south of Summit Motorsports Park in nearby Norwalk. Local industries such as Stanley Black & decker, Pepperidge Farm, Lakeside Book company, or any of the local farms are located in the town of Willard, which is less than 10 minutes away. Guests can relax in the beautiful leisure community with two tranquil lakes, two sandy beaches, boat launch facilities, a marina, lodge and restaurant/bar. Holiday Lakes provides its homeowners, not only with beautiful views, but also with year-round opportunities to enjoy boating, watersports and fishing. The main lake is 221 acres, with a shoreline of approximately 12 miles. A newly established basketball, pickleball and sand volleyball courts, are all on site located near the lodge, which is less than a minute away.
